WA Golf Foundation Announce 2013 Funding Grants

The Trustees of the WA Golf Foundation have recently completed their review of the first round of Funding Applications that closed on October 1st 2013. The following successful applications will be the recipients of funding to assist in the running of these programmes.

  • Goldfields Golf Club
    “Primary Schools Pilot Programme” incorporating SNAG Golf and Kidsport
  • Jerramungup Golf Club
    “The Swingers Club” – Women’s Development Coaching Programme
  • Lakelands Country Club
    “Active After Schools SNAG Golf”
  • Lower Great Southern Women’s District Association
    “Get Up And Go With Golf” – Women’s Development Coaching Programme
  • Mark Tibbles Golf Academy
    “The First Swing” – programme for children with disabilities
  • Mark Tibbles Golf Academy
    “Golf Fore Girls” – Girls Development Coaching Programme
  • Shani Waugh Golf School
    “South West Development Programme” – Women and Junior Development Coaching Programme
  • Lake King Golf Club
    Development Coaching Programme for Adult and Junior Golfers in the Eastern Great Southern Region

In principle approval has also been granted to the following programmes pending additional information:-

  • Green Head Golf Club
    Provision of Practice Nets
  • Kwinana Golf Club
    Coaching Programme in local primary schools
