Goss, Watt & Lee make World All Amateur Team

Oliver Goss, Brady Watt and Minjee Lee have been announced in the Global Golf Post’s Global All-Amateur Team for 2013.

Hannah Green, who recently won the WA State Junior Championship, earned an honourable mention.

The Global Golf Post announced the Golf’s first ever Global All-Amateur Team on Tuesday.

“This type of global recognition for amateur excellence at all levels has never been done before,” said Global Golf Post Founder and Publisher Jim Nugent.

Oliver Goss and Brady Watt’s successful year were highlighted by their performances at the US Amatuer, where Oliver Goss was a finalist, qualifying for the 2014 US Open and Masters, and Brady Watt was a Co-Medalist and Semi-FInalist.

Minjee Lee won the Australian Amateur, Australian Girls Amateur and Western Australian Amateur in 2013 as well as reaching a career high of Number 2 in the World.

Australia was well represented, with Victoria’s Su-Hyun Oh joining the three Western Australians in the First Team and Grace Lennon earning an honourable mention.
