GolfWA is delighted to announce the successful grant submission for Healthway funding under the Healthy Partnership Program.
GolfWA Chief Executive, Gary Thomas said: “GolfWA is proud of its longstanding partnership with Healthway. This funding enables us to continue to promote and educate the importance of an active lifestyle and refuelling with healthy food and drink whilst growing the game of golf in Western Australia.
“The new partnership introduces a new and innovative Health Promotion Plan, and a two-year agreement enabling us to look further forward in achieving shared goals and objectives.”
GolfWA Game Development & Performance Manager, Marc Pike added: ‘We are thrilled to continue to promote and share the Crunch&Sip messaging in junior golf, including our MyGolf in Schools, Junior Tour, Regional Roadshows, and Crunch Club products.
“We are introducing new ways to promote and drive the messaging through new activations including the ‘hydration station’ at the 2023 and 2024 WA Opens, and more exposure at our state junior championships.”
