Excitement is building at Royal Fremantle Golf Club for the start of the 2020 Nexus Risk WA Open on Friday. This year the tournament will take place over three rounds, with a cut to the top 50 for the final Sunday challenge. The action begins at 11am, with former WA Open Champions Brett Rumford, Oliver Goss, Kim Felton and Daniel Fox tackling the challenging fairways and greens at Royal Fremantle.
An impressive range of WA’s top Amateur golfers form half of the field, with Royal Fremantle’s own Hayden Hopewell sure to impress on his home turf. Long hitter, Kirsten Rudgeley, number one ranking amateur female in WA is sure to dominate the lengthy holes.
