On Friday the 13th of December Kwinana Golf Club held the 2024 Junior presentation day.
The annual event brings together WA’s Junior Golf fraternity for a fun Ambrose event to celebrate the year that was 2024. The event is also a chance to acknowledge the achievements of some outstanding junior golfers in 2024.
The day was a fantastic day with the boys from Joondalup, Nate Johnson, Ronan, Zach and Jay Nayar combining for a ridiculous gross total of 19 under par and in the process taking out the honors for the day.
The Joondalup boys’ team was closely followed in second by the Fremantle team lead by Azer Pehlic, Heejoo Cho, Sam and Bella Monteleone and third place was taken out by the Pinjarra team consisting of Daniel Hoeve, Kai Raina Walker, Maison Wheatley and Cooper Tenni.
The award winners for the year consist of the Most improved junior Golfer of the year, Junior Golfer of the Year and the Junior Stroke Average Age Group winners. The winners were as follows,
